Then you will need to buy SIM card of one of operator and insert it into your mobile device. If you want you can buy a cell phone here in Kharkov. New, modern models are more expensive... about 200-250 USD. The cheap cell receiver costs about $100-150 USD. You can also buy a "second hand" phone for 50-60 USD. If you plan to stay here just for few days you can just rent phone.
