You can rent a very nice apartment twice cheaper than hotel room. All our apartments are furnished according to European standard.
Prices are from $60 to $200 per night depends on your taste.
Apartment 1

ch.), CD/tape player, microclimate system (air conditioner + air heater),
phone, internet cable connection (512 Kbps, $0.08/1Mb).
Apartment 2
3th floor (there is the elevator),
secure entrance door with intercom + own key, central water heating + backup
electric heating system, modern bath and shower, washing machine, iron and
ironing-board, satellite TV (Rus,Eng,Ger,Ita,Dat,etc. channels), VHS player, phone.

Although you might feel more comfortable to choose a hotel please understand that the ladies feel uncomfortable with hotel. There is no privacy at hotel, many people work at hotel and people know people etc. Lady is always aware that people from her city are watching her, and especially are watching her because she is with "Western man". Russian/Ukrainian women are very conservative and may refuse even invitation to apartment, but if, for example, you invite during the day time you might have good chance to have private time together. Considering the price of everything else in Ukraine decent hotels in Ukraine are very expensive and unless you pay much money rooms are often small.
There are several big hotels in Kharkov. To reserve a room in hotel you have to send your application to hotel staff. Application have to include: Your full name; Your country; Date & time of arrival; Date & time of departure; Category, Price, Form of payment; Your contact information. Keep in mind that hotels charge booking fee about $12-15 USD.
